LOOP TOUR 2026

Ahhhhh - Summer’s been KICKING lately here, don’t you think?! Long nights turned into warm mornings with the besties out exploring, all the birds are back and the summer camp counselors are finally getting a break, and even more fun - Ed Sheeran is in the city making sure we all have the best weekend EVER to keep the summer vibes going and feeling all fresh and other worldly for us. Right here for a weekend of never ending bops and hitting Play on our best Sheeran tracks, Ed and the boys are coming to Rogers for THREE (3!!) nights - starting Thursday The 20th of August all the way to Saturday the 22nd to give us some of the best moments in brit pop history since his LAST tour here. And y’all know Ed - I mean, he is the biggest male pop star on the planet right now. Hitting stops in Paris, Dublin and England at the end of last year, three nights in Sydney and another in Vegas. Seattle, Chicago, NYC and Nashville - you know they couldn’t hit the Americas without a few nights in the 6 with me you and we.

SO - let’s do a little test, shall we? Do you really know who Ed is?! Ed Sheeran is a singer, songwriter, and guitar-slinging storyteller who was born in Halifax, England in the early 90s. His catalog is anything but small – a sweeping collection of albums, singles, and collaborations that have soundtracked weddings, breakups, late-night drives, and everything in between. Sheeran’s music is a balancing act of heart and craft, where his knack for conversational lyrics and earworm melodies blends with intricate guitar loops and clever production. And that looping technique – the one-man-band magic he first honed on small pub stages – has been studied, copied, and fumbled by countless hopefuls, but few can pull it off with the same warmth and precision that Ed does. He broke through in 2011 with +, and just over a decade later, he’s one of the biggest global pop artists on the planet without ever losing that scrappy singer-songwriter soul. If not for the way his songs crack open universal emotions – the slow-burn romance of “Perfect,” the unstoppable rush of “Shape of You,” the intimate ache of “Photograph” – then at least for the cultural clout of being an Ed Sheeran fan. And especially when you tell your friends you’ve already locked down tickets for his next stadium date, ready to sing along with tens of thousands of voices to the songs that have quietly become modern-day classics.

We know, we know - we didn’t really need to convince you, did we? You already got your tix, sent your friends this link, etc etc - so we won’t waste anymore time then. SEE YA SOON, right here at the end of August in the middle of the crowd at Centre. Ready to scream every lyric as loud as we can.
